Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the B2B wholesale relationship between CoreLinkBase ("we", "us", "our") and any business entity ("Buyer") that places an order or inquiry with us. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms in full.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ applies per tier as follows:

Mixed models within the same tier are accepted. Orders below MOQ will not be processed.

3. Pricing and Quotes

• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), exclusive of SST, unless stated otherwise.
• A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued after order confirmation; the PI price is binding for 14 days.
• Prices may change due to raw material costs or exchange rate movements; existing confirmed orders are not affected.

4. Payment Terms

• T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit to confirm the order, 70% balance before shipment.
• PayPal: accepted for small sample / trial orders only.
• Production or shipment will not commence until the deposit is received. The balance must be settled before goods leave the Klang warehouse.
• A commercial invoice and packing list are provided with every shipment.

5. Shipping Terms

Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon collection from the Klang warehouse or handover to the carrier, whichever occurs first.

6. Quality Assurance

All products are inspected at the factory before consolidation at the Klang warehouse. We provide a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Defective units reported with photo evidence within the warranty period are replaced or credited.

7. Returns and Claims

• Inspect goods on delivery and report shortage or damage within 48 hours, with photos and the delivery note.
• Manufacturing defects discovered later are covered by the 24-month warranty.
• Returns for reasons of buyer preference (color, size) are not accepted for B2B wholesale orders.
• Approved replacements are shipped free of charge with the next order.

8. OEM / ODM Terms

• OEM/ODM services include silk-screen printing, laser engraving and custom color boxes.
• Customization MOQ may differ from standard MOQ - confirm with your sales contact.
• Artwork and branding assets must be provided by the Buyer; the Buyer warrants ownership of all artwork.
• Customized products cannot be cancelled after production begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, packaging, brand names and content on corelinkbase.com remain the intellectual property of CoreLinkBase. Buyer-supplied artwork remains the property of the Buyer. The Buyer may not resell CoreLinkBase products under the CoreLinkBase brand without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoreLinkBase's total liability for any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall first be settled by good-faith negotiation; failing settlement within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia. RCEP-related customs matters are governed by the relevant RCEP agreement provisions.
