1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the B2B wholesale relationship between CoreLinkBase ("we", "us", "our") and any business entity ("Buyer") that places an order or inquiry with us. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Terms in full.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ is 100 pcs for all products:

Mixed models within the same tier are accepted. Orders below MOQ will not be processed.

West Malaysia

  • West Malaysia: sea freight to Port Klang/Tanjung Pelepas included. Local delivery arranged per order.
  • Other West Malaysia states: charged by distance.
  • Lead time: 3-15 days after payment, depending on stock/customization.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • Sea freight transit applies.
  • Additional freight applies.
  • Extra 3-5 days transit. Consolidated shipping recommended.

Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier at Shenzhen port.

6. Quality Assurance

All products are inspected before Shenzhen consolidation. We provide a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Defective units reported with photo evidence within the warranty period are replaced or credited.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, packaging, brand names and content on corelinkbase.com remain the intellectual property of CoreLinkBase. Buyer-supplied artwork remains the property of the Buyer. The Buyer may not resell CoreLinkBase products under the CoreLinkBase brand without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoreLinkBase's total liability for any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall first be settled by good-faith negotiation; failing settlement within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia. RCEP-related customs matters are governed by the relevant RCEP agreement provisions.
