West Malaysia Wholesale FAQ & Shipping to Klang Warehouse

CoreLinkBase applies a three-tier MOQ structure to fit different retail channels:

• Essential Everyday Items - MOQ 100 pieces (drawer medicine box, desktop organizer, transparent medicine cabinet).
• Practical Premium Selection - MOQ 50 pieces (snack plate, bookshelf cart, toy storage box, narrow gap rack).
• Curated Design Collection - MOQ 30 pieces (multi-tier rolling snack cart).

Mixed models within the same tier are accepted to help you build a balanced assortment.

All product samples are free. The deposit rule depends on unit value:

• Low-value samples (Essential tier): no deposit required, freight collect.
• High-value samples (Practical & Curated tiers): refundable deposit required, freight collect.
• The deposit is 100% offset against your first bulk order, effectively making the sample free.

The standard flow is:

1. Shenzhen factory produces and packs your order.
2. Sea freight to Port Klang, Selangor.
3. Klang warehouse receives, inspects and consolidates the shipment.
4. West Malaysia distribution to Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang and all other states.

Consolidation at the Klang warehouse lowers per-unit freight and shortens last-mile delivery.

• Klang & Selangor: free shipping on orders of 500 pieces or more.
• Other West Malaysia states (Johor, Penang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Kedah, Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, Perlis, Putrajaya): charged by distance.

Request an exact freight quote with your state, product mix and quantity.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) orders must transit through the Klang warehouse:

• Additional freight applies.
• Extra 3-5 days transit time.
• We recommend consolidated shipping (combine multiple SKUs / orders) to reduce per-unit cost.

• T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit to confirm the order, 70% balance before shipment.
• PayPal: accepted for small sample / trial orders.

Proforma invoice and commercial invoice are provided for every shipment.

• In-stock items: ship within 3 days after payment confirmation.
• Customized orders: 7-15 days depending on OEM/ODM complexity (printing, engraving, custom packaging).

We support full OEM/ODM for retail branding:

• Silk-screen printing of your logo on product surfaces.
• Laser engraving for a premium, durable finish.
• Custom color boxes and retail-ready packaging.

MOQ for customization may differ from standard MOQ - confirm with your sales contact.

All CoreLinkBase products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Report defects with photos within the warranty period; we will replace or credit the defective units.
